Pam Gildersleeve-Hernandez has been named the new Executive Director of CUE, the educational nonprofit devoted to empowering educators, enhancing pedagogical practice, and accelerating learning through the use of educational technology tools.
Gildersleeve-Hernandez, a superintendent, site principal, special educator, and classroom teacher for 17 years has been a member of CUE for 12 years. She has served on the
Gildersleeve-Hernandez’ hiring comes as the CUE board is developing a strategic plan that focuses on increased support for local affiliates and learning networks. She and Jon Corippo, newly appointed Chief Learning Officer, will share a collaborative leadership model that will allow the organization to enhance its conferences, professional learning offerings, Rock Star Camps, Black Label events, legislative advocacy and support for educators.
